With over 45 years construction experience to draw from, Charles has positioned Key Constructors as one of the top construction companies in the state.  He still maintains that "people are key to the success of our company."

Chief Executive Officer, Rick Webster

No stranger to the construction business, Rick grew up in the construction industry.  Beginning his career as a construction laborer, Rick has worked in all areas of the construction business for over 20 years, which has equipped him with a good perspective of how to best run a construction company--from the ground up.  His multi-faceted background and technical knowledge will preserve Key Constructors' excellent reputation and direct new successes for the future.

President, David Trevathan, PE, PLS

David has 26 years of hands-on experience with Key Constructors after working in the civil design field for 10 years.  Beginning as a Field Engineer for Key Constructors, he has developed a good working knowledge of not only the technical aspects of the construction industry, but also the practical.  His expertise continues to successfully lead all areas of Key Constructors.

Chief Financial Officer, Paul McPhail, PE

Paul has been with Key Constructors for 21 years obtaining experience in field construction, cost estimating, and total cost accounting.  Paul manages all aspects of job procurement, job accounting, and corporate accounting.  Key Constructors takes pride in its ability to track a job from bid to final close out.

Project Engineer, Jason Henry, PE

Jason has been with Key Constructors for six years as a lead Project Engineer.  Prior to Key Constructors, he worked in the construction industry for 10 years.  Jason's 16+ years construction experience makes him a valuable asset as our Project Engineer.
